Emmanuel’s creation laboratory

Emmanuel’s real specialty is creating. In his laboratory, located 15 minutes away from Sensations cake shop, he prepares innovations that will soon delight his clients. He told us: “I am trying to create new cakes all the time. For instance, I have just made a 100% gluten-free cake with fresh mint, gianduja and chocolate!” His challenge is to make pastries by using less sugar: over the course of 10 years of researches, he managed to halve the quantity of sugar in his creations, for the greatest delight of his clients!
