Arnaud Poissonnier, Babyloan Founder and CEO
I was confortably settled as a banker when I went to Tajikistan thanks to the NGO ACTED; I discovered microcredit and the situations lived by the populations facing bank exclusion. I had a genuine crush for what I now call "useful finance", and I decided to launch Babyloan after this experience. I will never forget the first microfinance beneficiary I met: Satarova, a woman living in Dushambe, who was extremely proud of showing me that she was able to pull through without being assisted by charity. This is the core of Babyloan!

Aurélie Duthoit, Babyloan Founder and Executive Officer
After my studies in a business school, I was destined to make a carreer in finance or marketing but I discovered microfinance - thanks to a immersion of one year in the field - and wanted to work in this domain. After having some professional experiences in Sustainable Development and international solidarity, I launched Babyloan with Arnaud, which is a company entirely dedicated to its social mission. And this is pure happiness!

Mariella Aritzu, General Secretary
After I graduated from a business and development school, I had the opportunity to perform several internships in international solidarity. I joined the Babyloan team in July 2009 when the website had celebrated its first birthday. Today, I am still very happy to work for this social business and follow its evolutions.

Anne-Charlotte Dupont Lhotelain, Microfinance Department Director
I got interested in microfinance before the end of my studied and I wanted to take part in! I had the opportunity to work for a microfinance consultant office in Paris where I was in charge of the portfolio risk monitoring and I learned a lot on financial analysis. Then I worked in Mexico with Alternativa Solidaria (ALSOL), a wonderful institution in Chiapas working for women of Maya communities. I wanted to continue working in this field, and there am I in Babyloan!

Yasmine Hamraoui, Microfinance Institutions Partnership Manager
After attending school abroad, I came back to France to study in preparatory classes to enter a Business School. Then I have worked for UNICEF for a year before discovering social entrepreneurship thanks to Ashoka. And one day, I finally discovered microfinance thanks to an original social business named Babyloan!

Elise Peruzzo, Responsable traduction et gestion des profils
After my studies in translation and intercultural communication, I had to find a specialisation field. As I was already interested in Sustainable Development and solidarity, I easily found my place in Babyloan! Today, the relations with Microfinance Institutions and the daily translation of microentrepreneurs' profiles give a human dimension to my work... and I really enjoy it!
►Communication, Marketing and Events Department
Their job is to manage the Babyloanian community, to improve Babyloan's visibility in the media and to organize innovating events promoting solidarity.

Pauline Bodin, Communication, Marketing and Events Department Director
My grandmother used to say I enjoyed helping the others. According to my grandfather, I was a chatterbox! No wonder I became Director of Communications in Babyloan. My favourite aspects of this social business: innovation and movement. This project is meaningful and ideas are numerous and original! I have the feeling to perform some changes at my own level: just like microcredit, with not much you can perform great things.

Clotilde Noël, Press and Event Manager
My motivation: promote Babyloan and its projects so that they can be at the heart of information. I was trained to do so by my Masters degree in Communication and my knowledge of Press and Communication! I am eager to convey messages, only if they are in line with values I share, useful for other and change our society. As soon I knew Babyloan, I immediately adhered to this project and wanted to take part in!
► Business and Institutional Partnerships and Innovation Department
Babyloan does not work on its own and our social values are shared by many institutional actors and companies. Plus, our relationships with our partners allow us to be innovative in our manner to aprehend social and technological matters.

Mathias Faizand, Business Partnership Manager
I graduated from an engineering school and I began my carreer by working in an organization. After a one-year trip around the world, I was determined to work for the better of mankind. When I came back I offered my services to companies with humanitarian and social objectives. I had a genuine crush for Babyloan and I am very pleased to forming partnerships with actors which share our values promoting solidarity.

Baptiste Cammareri, Innovation and E-commerce Partnership Manager
After graduating in International Trade and Sustainable Development, I looked for a way to use all of my competences... and I finally found that social entrepreneurship was the best way to do so, as this new form of business puts mankind at the heart of its activities but without forgetting durability. As for me, Babyloan and microfinance in general are the best examples of the success of social entrepreneurship.

Florence de Maupeou, Institutional Relations Manager
I have been interested in microcredit very soon and in order to have a practical experience, I went to work in a Microfinance Institution in Calcutta (India) for one year. As I was convinced of the beneficial effects of this tool, I attended Social Economy courses in my Business School and I went to Bolivia in order to study microfinance in thi scountry for my thesis. Today in Babyloan, I am proud to take part in the development of microfinance at my own level!
